Ivan Howlett - Battle of Jutland

Hi all, I am hoping that you might be able to tidy up my Great Uncle Ivan Howlett who was one of the many men who died at the Battle of Jutland 100 years ago next week. He was an Acting Leading Stoker on board the Queen Mary when she was sunk on 31st May 1916. It is the only photo the family have of him and I suspect it was taken when or near the time he originally signed on with the Royal Navy Volunteer Reserves in 1909 when he was 19.

Morrie, thank you that is lovely. The naval record says he had dark brown hair and hazel eyes too so you have him to a "T"  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
