Surtees and Newton family of Northumberland

Hi

Can anyone find out who Isabel Newtons family was, she was born about 1635 in Stocksfield Northumberland, she married Robert Surtees and had 9 children, I have her father down as Tristran Newton but cant find anything else for him

Any help appreciated

Hi Dawn

Stocksfield is in the parish of Bywell and the parish records only go back as far as the 1660s so that is not going to be a possible research route.

Where did you get the information about her father?
