On James' Medal Roll Card he was also awarded the 1914-1915 Star.

Theatre of war first served in - France
Date of entry - 20.12.15

Michael Giles' widow Ellen received £23 3s 1d on 19.3.19 (Army Register of Soldiers Effects)

Unfortunately not, it would appear that his service records have not survived.
