I had a look on Scotlands People. There are 9 deaths for Valentines with mother's maiden name given as Foreman. Seven of these are in Dundee.

At least, therefore, 9 siblings for your grandfather, Linda

Confirmation granted at Forfar, 25 November, to Grace Webster or Valentine, 19 Kincardine Street, aforesaid, his widow, Executrix nominated in Will or Deed dated 31 March 1896, and recorded in Court Books of Commissariot of Forfar, 24 November 1903. Value of Estate, £151, 16s, 10d."
