Elsie Dickinson and Robert Dickinson

Looking for Information on Elsie (Dickinson) possibly her maiden name was Chapman ? ? ? ? Im not sure. She was the daughter of Emily and Duncan Yeoman. (my Great Grand-Parents) She lived at an address on Lincoln Road and Shakespeare Gardens. Hope someone can help. Thank you in advance.

Elsie was born in 1931.
Her mother Emily died 1967 and her father Duncan died in 1969. All in west Riding York/Leeds. That's all I know.

Duncan C Yeoman married Ethel Ryles Dec 1/4 1918 registration district Sunderland, Co Durham.
Then a possible second marriage for a Duncan Yeoman to an Emily Chapman Sept 1/4 1949 registration district Durham Northern
Duncan C Yeoman was born in Scotland c1896
So are you saying that Elsie could be a child of Emily from a previous marriage?

Emily as you say died 1967, she was cremated/buried at Lawnswood 15th June aged 68yrs.
Address prior to death was given as Cromwell Heights Leeds.
That's all I can find at the moment.

Yes to an Isaac Chapman. I get the impression she didn't have contact with her biological father and was raised by Duncan but that's only an assumption. Ryles was Duncan's first marriage before Emily. It's Duncan's marriage to Emily and the daughter Elsie I lack information for.

 By doing a free basic search on the 1939 register on FindMyPast it appears Duncan and Emily are together, both widowed and not yet married to each other.

I believe they got married in 1949. Is there any information regarding Elsie? I know she was born in 1931 in Sunderland and moved to west riding shortly after birth. I have Duncan's death certificate which Elsie Dickinsin registered his death of a 14 Lincoln Road then when I've searched the name to the address it links to a Robert Dickinson presumably her husband and to an address of 25 Shakespeare gardens ls9 6ju. I can't find a marriage certificate at all for Elsie but she must have got married to have the Dickinson surname and there's a few Elsie Dickinsons listed in Leeds whether she has passed away or still alive I have no idea. Ideally the Electroll roll would say who was living in the address at the time Elsie was but there listing different families at those addresses now so I have no idea. Duncan was listed at time of death as living at 94 Cromwell heights in the flats. I'm not from Leeds so I have no idea of the areas etc
