He may not even have been born before the 1911 Census, we don't know where he was born or where he died, if he was getting treatment he may have died just about anywhere.
We know what job he did but not who he worked for.
This may be a case where local knowledge is needed. His mother working for the Hennebry's in Mount Bolton may be the key.
Just have to work out how to use it.
The court case is likely to come under Family Law and would probably be sealed.
