Otago Daily Times 3 April 1962 under the heading:

I've just had a thought, as I made an error, last night giving information on a living person, leading to a moderator removing my comment.

Are these folk still living and is giving newspaper references a breach of Rootschat rules if they are?

I am after Mr Tell wondering when he was recaptured and what he was actually jailed for.
Would he appear in Police Gazettes at the Archives (Auckland) ?
