if that was my ancestor and I lived near enough for a day out - I would have to go to that pub and see where my ggg grandmother used to have a drink - and I would raise a glass to her - after all - you wouldn't be here without her ... in fact I might even call in to that pub next time I am in the area - I only live 30 miles away ... looks a beautiful little place Eaves    :)   are you within travelling distance Sarah ?

How lucky for you - August Bank Holiday Sunday is an ideal day take a trip there....if you do visit the Plough Inn  PLEASE let us know how you get on - I have a feeling because it is the oldest pub on the Fylde area you may just see a picture of Richard Cross - I sincerely hope you do - he may turn out to be your 4 x g grandfather ....
