Could you get another scan of this photo at a higher resolution? Not much to work with here at 72dpi.

I have attempted to lighten it a little but a better scan would yield some better results.

Unfortunately this is all I have. The photos I borrowed and were glued into an album so this is a cropped version of the page I scanned. I appreciate you trying. Thank you
