Mitchell family restoration

Hi Everyone,
                 Could somebody do anything with the photo of James Mitchell and family
taken around early 1920's
My apologies for the condition of the photo as it is the only one I can get which is an e-mailed photo copy of the original.
Would be much appreciated if someone could do something with it.
It is my great grand parents and family.

Not too much to do...it needs a higher scanned resolution
