Wills help 1660, 1727, 1737

I am trying to nut out a Nicholls family in Warwickshire.
There is a will in the Court of the Bishop of Worcester 8 Mar 1660 for Edward NICHOLLS (I believe was Vicar of Snitterfield 1631), I would like to know people mentioned if possible.
Then I believe a son Edward NICHOLLS died 1727, and his son John died 1737, if anyone is able to check the indexes to see if wills exist?
I am not sure on any of the relationships so hoping that wills would help.
