Coy Family in Hull

I have come to a standstill!
Charles Lenham (b. Aug 1860 Hull) married twice. Firstly to Eleanor Coy (1863 Hull - 1896 Stockton) in 1883 and then to Clara Jane Trenholm (1875 Stockton - 1917 Stockton) in 1902.

I cannot find any family for Eleanor Coy except a father Geoffrey.

Can anyone help with the Coy family of Hull?

Where was she born?  Have you got her on 1891 - married to Charles by then - to get a birthplace?


OK - think I have spotted them. Eleanor born Hull. Living in Stockton.

I cant find a death for Geoffrey (or Jeffrey) Coy, nor a marriage for him to Mary.

I am beginning to doubt her "widow" status!!

Mary Ann Sleadmore can be seen on earlier censuses (1851/61) with parents John and Hannah in Epworth, Lincolnshire where she was born.

I think the only way to confirm if this is Eleanors mum or not (and thus if her Dad was actually a John Coy not Geoffrey) is to get Eleanors birth cert.
