Testament and I do direct that it shall be lawful for my said

Executors and Executors and their  . . . . heirs Executors and

advisors to deduct and retain to and reimburse themselves respectively

out of the monies arising from my estate of any part thereof all

costs charges and expenses which they or either of them shall or may

pay expend or be put unto in or about the execution of performing

of the trusts or this my Will or any . . . . . . . .or thing relating

thereto and that they or either of them shall not be answerable

 or accountable for or charges  or chargeable with any  . . .  monies

arising from my Estate save Efforts than shall be actually . . . .

by them or one of them or  . . to their or one of their . . . or  . .

 . .  with or in relation to the trusts or executorship hereof without

their or one of their wilful . .  or default nor the  . . . one for  the

other of them or for the . . . receipts of payments neglect or defaults

of his of her of  them but each for himself and herself and his and

 her own    costs?  and payments and wilful neglect or default

only. In witness whereof I have to this my last Will and testament

set my hand and seal this twenty third day of March one thousand

eight hundred and fourteen the mark of Jane Green (SS) Signed sealed

 published and declared  by the Testatrix Jane Green as and for her

last Will and testament in the presence of us who in her presence

of her . . . and in the presence of each other have hereto

I don't know if this is an easy way to post these requests . . . . . . (but at least there is a bit more writing to make sense of     ;))


just been looking at the link to the George Inn - very interesting isn't it!!  Wow - history!!

That will of Thomas Green sure is an epic . . . not going to ask for help with that - I will read what I can and the rest I will just guess!!   Not my direct line . . .  but very interesting.
