GILBERT J FULLER
« on: Thursday 15 September 16 12:11 BST (UK) »
I have asked about this before but so far have come up with nothing concrete

Gilbert John Fuller last  seen on 1891 as a visitor to the family of Southcott and Brown in West Ham Essex area, they were his relations, his age was showing as born 1860 but that is slightly out, born 09/11/1858 in Sevenoaks Kent and baptised 12/12/1858

No joy on 1911 or 1939

There is a Gilbert Fuller death 1939, about right age, Worthing, at the moment I don't know if this is him   I am trying to find out where he might have been buried.

He is not cremated, possibly to early

He is not in any of these cemeteries  listed below

Durrington Cemetery, Worthing
Broadwater Cemetery, Worthing
Heene Cemetery, Worthing
Lancing & Sompting, Lancing
St Nicolas Churchyard, Shoreham
Mill Lane Cemetery, Shoreham
Southwick Cemetery, Southwick

Any help much appreciated

Try looking at GenUKI?!
http://www.genuki.org.uk/big/eng/SSX/Worthing/

Broadwater Cemetery, founded in 1863.
Durrington Cemetery, founded in 1920.

You can check all the churches listed on that page - but it appears that none of the Anglican churches had a graveyard?

Have you contacted all those cemeteries you listed?
You can do a burial search online for two of them, Broadwater and Durrington, but not the others.

If you have the death certificate, what did it say his occupation had been?
John

The cemeteries have been checked and so has the crematorium,  I cannot understand why this man has completely disappeared, there is a marriage Wandsworth to a Susan, doesn't seem to be any offspring from these two either, couldn't find either on 1939 which was surprising as I know his date of birth.

Even those showing him on family trees didn't find him.

My relative who was chasing this man for years has recently died but she was sure they were a close knit family, I do wonder if he might be under just John, ah well I will just press on and order his death cert, didn't want to waste my money to be honest but it is the only way

Thank you for your help
