Leeds Commercial Directory for 1846
« on: Saturday 01 October 16 20:51 BST (UK) »
Please could someone with access to the Leeds Directory for 1846, let me know what the entry for Mr TW Green(s) business in Commercial Street, has to say?  According to the Leeds Intelligencer (3/10/1846) he displayed a portrait by Briggs of London, of vocalist Mrs Sunderland in his premises.  There is no indication in the press report of the type of business.
Thanks in advance.

Many thanks for that information.  Just what I needed. Unfortunately by 1850 the business had closed.
