Looks like a house painter and church decorator that was working in the area ~1915-1925 or so, or member of their family.

FM MAYS was still at 459 High St in 1913 directory, but not in 1919.

Their home in 1901 - 24 Scorer St - was next to to the house I was born in (26). :)
