I am looking if possible to find the birth place ( property) where Peter Strike was born in Lamerton in 1801

The only record at that time is likely to be a baptism (which will not usually state abode) and I couldn't locate one for a Peter STRIKE in Lamerton. There was a baptism in Tavistock in 1802.
A Peter STREEK was baptised in Lamerton in 1801 (1st March) son of Edward & Jane.

I don't know where Peter was baptised but the family hailed from Cornwall South Hill Linkinhorne area. He was buried at South Hill Church in Feb 1837

Where did you get Lamerton from then? The 1837 burial states that he was 33 in Feb 1837 so born ca 1803/4.
A Peter STRIKE was baptised at St Dominick, Cornwall 28 Jul 1805 son of Peter & Mary. St Dominick is approx 7 miles from South Hill.
