Hi all
        Bridget O'Gorman age 26 shop asst 28 Main St,Wexford  dtr of Michael a Farmer
married Michael Joseph Kelly age 24 shopkeeper,Pauls Quay, son of Michael a Club Steward.
24th Feb 1908 at Wexford Church. witns Michael Gorman (brother)Katie Laffan

not obvious to me on 1911 census.

Bridget was born 1879 in Carrowrea to Michael Gorman and Mary Kate Whitty

Michael died in 1880 and Mary Kate Whitty widow Gorman married my greatgrand father Robert Kent in 1883.

Initially i did not think she had survived to adulthood till i found this My Heritage Family tree Michael O'Gorman 1880 to 1963 which mentions he had a sister Bridget Kelly O'Gorman.

Hey,
I am a descendant of Bridget. A few year back I saw your posts regarding Mary Whitty Gorman at the time I was working from a bunch of Death Cards with several Michael Gorman's, so was cautious about linking her to my tree as I wasnt sure which one she was married to, but knew she was related.

Mary Whitty is my GGGrandmother through Bridget(so she did indeed live till adulthood).

meanwhile the nephew and niece here are also Robert Kent  and Mary Kate Whitty's children ,i think they had about 6 kids and 4 survived

Ellen married the servant Thomas Doyle and Laurence married Bridget Kielty.
Mary my gran married Denis O'Neill in Dublin 1911 and MaryAnne never married died 1966.

So Bridget and Michael had 4 children and 4 great grand children. They did indeed end up in Dublin but the family was seperated due to Michael's death during WW1. Michael's employer at the time helped the family out, but for a time my Grandfather was sent to live with relatives in Carroreigh. She is buried in Deansgrange cemetary.

I can send you more details and dates via IM as restrictions seem to have lifted.

strange how searching one thing can lead to another,while looking up the births of the Kent Children i came across Margaret Whitty born 1892 in Palace to John Whitty and Kate Freeman  https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1893/02312/1866722.pdf
 so decided to look up their marriage turns out he is a brother of Mary Kate and Robert Kent was his witness at the marriage
