Seeking an Ancestry.com lookup please for details of a Criminal Trial against the defendant:

John William Pocknell
In 1839
I believe he was acquitted

Seeking please a transcript of depositions made by defendant & witnesses etc..much appreciated thanks.

If you PM me, I can email you the image of the criminal register, which shows him as acquitted, but I can't immediately see any other records to do with the trial
