Can anyone read marriage 99... Second to last column of the first page, what does it say between Empor and Co. Westmeath?

I believe the first one is Clondalever, one of the townlands in Westmeath.

Hello -

The last column refers to a dispensation allowing them to marry. Incidentally, Empor should read Emper, another Westmeath townland.
