Carte de Visite help please Baby Simmons

This carte de visite belongs to a friend. They think that the name under the pic is that of the baby and address.  So are looking for a Baby Simmons.  I know the name is the name and address of photographer.  I have asked if there is anything on the back of the card.

 I wonder if anyone has come across C Simmons.  Wood view is in Arundel, West Sussex.  I had a quick google and found nothing.

I am not looking for a Baby Simmons.  I am looking for photographer C. Simmons of Tortington. I have found a picture by him on ebay and from census 1891 have found a Caleb Simmons living in Ford Road/Woodview,  Arundel which is correct location, although occupation is coach painter.  Sorry for confusion but my subject line was changed.

It's a very strange picture. I keep thinking it could be one of those morbid  pics of dead people. It's just the look of it.

I found C Simmons on a site of Victorian photographers however to get any info I.e. biography I have to pay.
