I had to go out the marriage was on 9/11/1911 at St Peter & St Paul Aston the same church as the second marriage so that does look good.The witnesses were Joan and Lizzie Mansell so that doesn't really help and the address given is the same as the 1911 census.

Mary Isabella's name at the marriage should read Markland her husband Harry died in 1928.

That was the electoral register compiled for voting not the 1939 Register for WW2 use.

ADDED It was number 48 not 54, sorry
