It doesn't matter about villages nearby in Lincolnshire, the only county shown should be where the city/town of registration is, the address of the person will be shown on the cert.

This is a mistake by Ancestry I have seen a registration for Staffs with 3 other counties added and also my home town moved nearly 100 miles.
