William Hugh Boyd b. 1899

I found a William Hugh Boyd b. 1899 who married a cousin of my grandfathers in Belfast. The marriage certificate is attached. Is the address High Street in the city centre or outskirts. I know nothing about these Boyds.

I would venture that it reads 'Hugh' Street, as in south Belfast (just under 2 miles from City Hall), 'google streetview' will show you the street today (High Street in the City Centre back then as today would have been predominantly shops and businesses, not residential).
