I believe the Caroline  you reference is:

Name    Caroline Ayling
Registration Year    1838
Registration Quarter    Oct-Nov-Dec
Registration district    Romford
Parishes for this Registration District    Romford
Inferred County    Essex
Volume    12
Page    32

She was the daughter of John Ayling (1807-1878) and Elizabeth Saunders. He was likely the son of Thomas Aylen (1770-1822) and Sarah Allen (1771-1823) of Kelvedon, Essex. Thomas' brother was John Aylen (1771-1844). They both have extensive descendant lines.

If you are on ancestry.com see public tree "Robert Samuel Ayling (1878-1956) Brick Maker in Canada" or message me for a .GED file of the tree that you can import into your own family tree program.
