Location in Radwinter

Hi all,

I'm hoping someone with a bit of local knowledge can help me.  I'm traced a branch of my family (the Wakefields) back to the 1500's and 1600's in Radwinter.  Two wills reference a piece of property they owned as 'Motts' or 'Mills' (I am fairly confident it is the same property).  I've been reading up on the local area but can't find any potential candidates for what it could have been.  I rather suspect that property records may help me trace this family further back, so would really like to work out its correct name and what it was!

Looking at the Radwinter web site the Radwinter Recorder and Village Archivist is Michael

Actually both these ones are from the Preorgative Court of Canterbury, there are a few Wakefield ones from Radwinter on SEAX that I have checked, but can't link them to my family at this stage, though they are likely connected! Have dropped him an email, thanks
