The entry in the second extract is of a form I don't recognize.  I read it as:

the 6 day of agust 1627

P  James brand Janet bruce

B  James Law^ll

W  James bruce Patrik bruce

Some doubt attaches to the second name on the "B" line.

One thing which puzzles me is that the second name on the "B" line appears to be the same for all entries, although the first name of the other two is Jo^ne = Johane?

Regarding the first extract posted, here are three amendments to what Greensleeves has posted.
