translating an entry on an irish birth record

can anyone translate the attached plz, there is a lot of writing on this birth record from Summerhill that i would love to decipher!

I think that is Latin and not Irish;  Roman Catholic records are written in Latin.

John Mulhall married Mary Robinson daughter of Patrick Robinson (and Mary Corcoran)
Witnesses ? Dollard and Cath Robinson.

The church was SS Peter and Paul.
Maryborough AKA Maryboro now known as Portlaoise

Something about Bermingham in there but haven't a clue what that is.
Oh it's the priest's name, it's on the cert.

Oh......the OP states it is a birth/baptism record.

I may be wrong  but I think it says a word for 'priest' or 'by' Terence Birmingham.

Are you sure it is relevant to John Mulhall's baptism or just a note at the top of the page?

It does say duxit, that's married, but unless the groom is Bermingham I'm not seeing one?

Put this on the Handwriting board, there are better Latinizers there
