SS Telemon, Murmansk Archangel, where and what did my man do ?

I have a man , I won`t post his name on here, but will do so in a Pm if it helps.
I`ve copied much from his Army records, but there are some pages I can`t make out.
It would be great if you could give some details of  what it was all about. I have had a "google" but still not sure of the full story.

Medical Examination 29 Nov 1915. Glencorse.
 He was 31 years 11 months old and was a baker.
He joined on enlistment to Army Service Corps.
Statement as to disability
 A Supply  Coy.
Regiment or Corps R.A.S.C. Regimental No S4/407418
First joined 29 Nov 1915. Prees Heath . Why there he lived in Scotland ?
23 October 1919 . Certified fit to travel.
Service Table.
Home –  Date of depature 27 July 1918
Proceeded with 40 detail -  date of arrival 24 Sept 1918.
On his Short Service Attestation it has A.S.C supplies, Corps 2/8 Royal Scots. Still a bread baker. Dated 8 May 1918.


There are quite a few ships named Telemon found, but which did he travel on.

In short he was part of the International Force set up to assist the Russians in their war against the Bolshevics.
It all fizzled out amidst a lot of recrimination in mid 1919.

In addition he joined at Prestonpans not Prees Heath.
He went into Reserve & wasn't called up until 1918 when he was posted to Prees Heath which was a training camp & military hospital.

I`ve been trying to find SS Telemon but with no luck so far.  I presume it was a troop / supply / carrier ship ?

Try searching hms Telamon, she was in Murmansk July 1918

It was requisitioned by the Admiralty in 1918
