I have just returned to my family tree after a long break and still cannot find the maiden name of sarah who married thomas rich of stoke lane possibly 1839. she was his 2nd wife and they had 4 children. thomas died 1871 but sarah is still alive 1891 census having her married daughter sarah jane padfield living with her still stoke lane. can anyone help me please?

If they registered their children you can use the new GRO facility to search for Sarah's maiden name.
