Saffin Family Ely area

Looking for the parents of a John Saffin. All i know he had a daughter called Fanny Saffin born Ely 1856 i would like to find also who John married Thankyou

I can't see anything for Ely at that time but there is a birth on the GRO index for a Fanny Saffin mmn Ford in Dec qtr 1855 but it is in Wellington Somerset -
This family are in Wellington in 1861 with Father John and mother Catherine J Saffin

Where have you found Fanny? and her year and place of birth and fathers name, what is the source of those?

It was someone on here gave me info.John Saffin was a poultry man and fanny was married to A George Parker in islington.

That post links to the 1881 for Fanny which gives place of birth as Kentish Town (same as her husband) so possibly a guess by whoever filled in the form    The marriage was to Edward James Parker

I got her son down as Edward Charles Parker born 1880 and he married a minnie taylor.

Not sure where Ely  comes from. Have you got Fanny's marriage cert which will give her father's name?
