Francis Turner and Mary Rice
« on: Monday 06 February 17 10:59 GMT (UK) »
Hi,
After many years of following the wrong leads, I have just established my 4th.g.grandfather who I knew was James Turner parents were not who I thought they were and   I now realize they were Francis Turner and Mary Rice married 10/7/1796 in Bridgwater.   I can find no other info on them.
I also know James was bap, 28/1/1801 and that he married Ruth Brown 29/1/1825 in Bridgwater.
Ruth was buried 11/6/1860 in Bridgwater.  I have copies of 1841, 1851 census were they have been transcribed as FURNER and JENNER instead of TURNER.  I cannot find James in 1861 but have him again in 1871.  Other than that I can find no trace of Francis, Mary or Ruth being baptised or death.  Any leads would be most gratefully received.
Val
