Plymouth Marriage look up please

I have found a Marriage for Beatrice Emily NORTHCOTT, Plymouth, St Jude, October 20, 1909

Spouse, Horace John DADD.

Can anyone help with the parents of both, or Beatrice Emily please ?

Have you looked for them in the 1901 census?

There is a Beatrice E. aged 12 with parents William G. and Janet H.  Northcott living in Plymouth.

The only likely Horace Dadd I can see, was in Chatham, Kent, aged 12, born Borstal, Kent.  Parents Peter and Sophia Dadd.

 He had an older brother George who was a stoker in the Royal Navy, if Horace also joined the Navy, that could have taken him to Plymouth.

I have the couple, in 1911.

Beatrice, is born Exeter, Devon.

Horace, born, Salisbury,  Wiltshire.

I am hoping  , Beatrice is the daughter of William George and Jessie H NORTHCOTT.
W G and Jessie, lived in Exeter and then moved to Plymouth area.

In both the 1891 and 1901 Censuses Beatrice is in Plymouth with parents William G and Jessie H, along with brother Reginald

In 1891 Horace Dadd, born Salisbury, Wilts is at Kelly Farm, Bovey Tracey, Exeter with his grandparents John and Sara Jane Dadd, father John Dadd, Inland Revenue Officer and sister Kathleen Amery, Mother Margaret is not with them.
In 1901 he is in Plymouth with is mother Margaret Widow age 37, Boarding House Proprietor born Stonehouse, Devon, Sister Kathleen Amery is with them

Beatrice and Horace are my grandparents.  The reply sent by emtom is 100% correct, but if there is any other specific info you need I will be happy to help.  Both Horace and Beatrice died in Birmingham.  Reginald Northcott emigrated to Canada. Let me know.
