Here is the transcription put in order:

& the Answere of Robt Tedmund to the byll of complaint
of Hugh Wylkinson
I the said defendant saith on everything that is comprisyd on the said byll of complaint
is unc(er)ten untrew & unsufficient in the law to be Answarid unto devysyd onelie
of malice by the p(ro)curement of the said () Sygar mencioned in the said
bill of complaint to the intent to molest vex & trobull the said defendant being
a pore man w(i)t(h)owt cause or grund reasnabal (hath?) put the said defendant to expenc(es)
cost(es) & charg(es) in the law & for no entent (...) (pur)pose never the las (= nevertheless) yf that the said
defend(a)nnt by order of this hon(or)abull cowrte sh(albe?) compelled to make forth Answare
unto the said byll then for Answare & declaracyon of the trewth the defend(a)nnt
saith that as to any forse comyttid or done by the said defend(a)nnt agay(n)st the kyng(es)
maist(es) (= Majesty’s) peace and laws ys not gyltie th(er)in and as to resydew of the matt(er) specyfied
in the said byll in this hon(or)abull cowrte the said defenda(u)nt saith that the said John
prestland specyfied in the said byll was lawfullie seasyd in his demeane as of Fee ...

seasyd Abowt mydsom(er) last past dyd set c(er)ten gresse in one medow in p(ar)cell

honabull cowrte the John p(re)stland may be callid in to the same to c(ou)nt(er)playd...
w(i)t(h) the said complayn(a)nd that the said defendannt may be dismyssyd owt of the same

As before specyfied in the said byll is yt & so p(r)ayeth to be dysmissyd w(i)t(h) h(is) Reasonabull costes
