Another one - this time a transportee's conduct record

Sorry, a bit greedy tonight.

This is from the conduct record of Job Tandy, transported to Tasmania in 1830, which kind Rootschatters on the Australia board found for me.  It is very faded, would anyone be able to hazard a guess as to what it says?

I wouldn't be good enough myself to do it, but someone who knows how to use photo manipulation programmes should be able to bring that up for you.
The Photo restoration people might be able to help.

Transp(orte)d for st(ealing) a Tree(?), Gaol Report “Very bad” 2 Conv(ictions?) ... Hulk Report ...
Stated this offence, the same as Henry Tilling(?) ... for st(ealing) Oats (from?)
a Barn – 12 Months – Single

It may be possible to identify the offences from other sources, e.g. from other VDL convict records, or from the English criminal/prison records.

"Henry Tilling and Job Tandy, alias Gulley, for cutting down and carrying away a pine tree from the pleasure ground of his Grace the Duke of Beaufort, at Didmarton"

so indeed a tree!
