I would say it's Elizabeth Harrow.

I'm confused as to the FreeReg info.
Are A & B middle initials or is the B the beginning of her surname i.e. if you have initials do you not have a surname?

Are the A & B both in capitals or is the B in lower case (attached to the A) making it 'Ab....'  ???

Where did the marriage take place?

Extra info. can help others to confirm things.

I agree with Abarrow. The marriage was in Meare, Somerset, and there are plenty of Abarrow elsewhere in Somerset.

The GRO index has the daughter Eleanor with the mother's maiden name Barrow.

The marriage, took place in Meare, Somerset, 1825 April 24.

Groom, is Esau Difford.
Bride is Elizabeth
surname AB____

Elizabeth gives her birthplace as Meare c 1801, on the censuses and she remarries in 1875 and is Elizabeth Difford.
