My apologies. Should have gone about it the other way. It just did occur to me that anyone would register a child as Willie. Then my connection failed and after an hour of frustration finally went to bed. Internet happened after privitisation so the company is only obliged to have the telephone actually ring, most days. We have been deemed uneconomic.
