John Chapman born 1821

Hi everyone

I am trying to establish the details for John Chapman who was born in Kent around 1821. He married Mary Ann Sutton in 1846 in Nonnington and the marriage record can be viewed on Findmypast where it gives his fathers name as Thomas and he worked as a labourer. I have John and his family on the 1861 and 1871 census and all the details match up from there. I have his children's information. I am looking to go further back and try to locate his parents if possible. Any help is greatly appreciated.

On the 1861 census he is listed as born in Staple ref 542/65/19 registration district Eastry parish Eythorne.
I have just found a possible match for his parents on family search which gives a John Chapman baptised 8 August 1819 father Thomas mother Maria in Staple Kent

OK if that family in 1861 then in 1851 at Rectory House Eythorne with another son Robert aged 5

Thanks for that information Keyboard I have found him with his wife and a brother in the 1881 census so going to see if I can find a set of parents that match for both brothers
