Rosa Louisa Robinson born in1825  in Kent, married Mark Amos from Cambs. in January 1852.I believe she went to Australia with him later that year he was prospecting for gold.He went on to marry Eliza Sarah Tremain  in Australia in 1865 in Melbourne.
Rosa Louisa  Amos marries or takes Edward Fisher's name and dies in England.I do not know when?
Her photo as Mrs Fisher is in my families photograph album.
Edward Fisher was born in Ireland  in 1826, he worked for the Colonial Civil service. I can find nothing about his birth  ,where he worked but do know that he and Rosa  and Rosa's sister Georgiana were living together in Hammersmith in 1891.

I doubt if she divorced. More likely that she just left him in Australia and returned to England. She could have claimed that she was a widow - who would know?

Edward & Rose were living in Croydon in 1901.

I can't find Edward on a Census before 1891.

Given that he was in the Colonial Service I would imagine he was working abroad. Maybe he met Rosa in Australia? He may well have been able to afford a divorce and there are other countries they could have married in? Not much help really!

George Smyth ROBINSON and Elizabeth ROBINSON had a several other children (including the Georgiana mentioned above by OP)
The christening place was Canterbury, Kent, but that does not automatically mean the children were born there.

Perhaps Rosa was not quite truthful about her age at census time.

When he was in Australia, Mark AMOS was not recorded as father on any births in Victoria with Rosa Louisa as mother.

There were at least two with Eliza TREMAIN after the 1865 marriage.

Because of the distances of continental Australia and the enormous serge in population in the 1800's (including convict transportees), there was a "rule" that a new marriage could be made  if one had not had contact with a former spouse for seven years. It could be assumed that the former partner was dead.
Many a new  marriage was made on this basis without need for divorce and if undertaken in good faith, was not considered bigamous.

Both Rosa and Mark AMOS can be seen on Assisted Immigration lists and their limited details are available if required.
He was an engineer and there are many references to him in the newspapers of the time in the district of Fryer's Town, a gold mining area in the 1850's and 60's.

I have found them on the PROV 'unassisted passenger list' arriving in 1952:
