Long Running Script

My computer seems to have developed a glitch, whereby most sites that I click on take time to actually load into, when I click the mouse a message comes up below saying "Long running script" with a ok box which it invites the user to press.
Regardless, it takes its time and then goes into whatever I have requested.
Any clues whats wrong members please ??

Many thanks Hallmark, Windows 10, changed browser to Microsoft Edge and it works fine.
