The marriage was registered 1872 Meriden registration district ref vol 6D page 609.
Banns as listed above read at Berkswell Warwickshire, I've not seen the marriage register online , only the banns. So unless you or someone can look at the register for you, purchasing the certificate is your only other option for finding out more details.

George Hardy married Sarah Lake registered 1864 Stafford vol 6b page 26.

The "marriage" listed is actually from the banns register, its on ancestry.
LDS list any date found on banns as the marriage date, you will often find 4 dates of marriage, 3 being the banns and the last the actual marriage.
Never believe a transcription until you see the original.
Check the register of Berkswell, or buy the certificate to get the actual marriage date.
