Hi!

I am sorry, I am so scatterbrained today.

I meant to attach these.

What I am interested in is the marriage of John Pinchester in the middle snippet. I am pretty sure that he is the same John Pinchester also mentioned in the same will.

Any help in deciphering would be greatly appreciated :)

Third snippet:

walter hoddye of the p(ar)ishe of Overson & Anna Smithe
were marryed the laste of october

Overson could also be Onerson.

The Elizabetha 35 beneath presumably refers to the next year rather than the year of this entry (ie the 35th year of Elizabeth's reign).

Which entry do you want from the first snippet?

Thank you so much!  :) This is so great!

I am quite certain this is the same John Pinchester now :) Ursula was a family name too, so I wonder if they could be related somehow.

Yes, I think 35 must refer to the 35th year of the reign of Elizabeth I too :)
