George Holden is shown baptised on 27th May 1831 at Bagot Street Birmingham, son of George and Maria, I can't find a marriage between George and Maria, nor can I find them on the 1841 or 1851 census's, but in 1861 Maria is shown as a widow aged 66 and son George 29 is with her at Upper Tower St, Birmingham. Can anyone help please ?

This could be the Holden family but transcribed as Holdener  ???

None of the above were born in the county.

I hadn't found that but I'm  sure you're right as George junior was shown as a Gun stocker in the 1861 census, thank you so much, just need to trace the marriage now to obtain Maria's surname

Did George and Maria have any children after 1837?

Maria's maiden name will be on the GRO website for any children born post 1837.
