FindMyPast what am I doing wrong?

An expert at the NEC helped me find a record on FindMyPast yesterday - it was a military record from Victorian times. When she clicked in from the search page up popped the complete service record. When I have tried to look at this back at home all I get is an overview page give very brief facts, name, regiment that sort of thing. Obviously there must be something I am not doing correctly, but I can't think what it might be. Please, can anyone help me identify how to open the record?

Can you tell us who you're looking for?  Name, place, dates, etc?

Hi The name is Henry Blyton born about 1850, his service number is 1330. There should be records from India and Ireland. Thanks for looking

There is a discrepency in the age, use birth year approx 1840, and leave Reg. number off that will bring the record up.

 Amendment.
Leaving Reg. number in your search and it will still come up.

Sometimes less is more when doing searches, particularly with ages, some people would adjust their age according to the circumstances.
