Deansgate births 1862

I am trying to untangle a bit of a mess regarding one womanising Thomas Jennings WOOD.

Can anyone help me please with the birth details of:
Thomas Jennings WOOD born Deansgate 1862 - mother KELLETT DEA/59/65
and
Thomas Jennings WOOD born Deansgate 1862 - mother PENNY DEA/58/33

I am aware of a third T J Wood born to TURNPENNY in 1859 and who died in 1960 and suspect that the second 1862 birth may also be the same mother

A thread on Rootsweb lists the births as below

THOMAS JENNINGS WOOD
born 13/12/1861, 20 Quay St, Deansgate, Manchester
Father THOMAS JENNINGS WOOD, Cabinet Maker
Mother Sarah Penny

Added - Both the GRO birth index and Lancashire BMD list the mothers maiden name for the 1859 birth as Tenpenny

1861 birth with mother Sarah Penny ties in well with this Thomas in terms of address and occupation in 1861 - Living at 20, Quay Street, Manchester   - Lots of female boarders!!!

Thomas Jennings Wood snr was my great great grandfather. I know quite a lot about him, and his children and many wives/mistresses if you are interested.
