bbciplayer help
« on: Monday 17 April 17 12:19 BST (UK) »
I`ve not long started using this , and there is not much help in the bbc webites.

I`ve registered and can use it on both desktop ( not interested in downloading to this ) and  Samsung GT-P5100 android 4.2.2.
I`m confused about downloading programmes to the tablet.
If I watch a download on the tab, does  it then get removed or stay there till I delete it mysef.
I can see a section for  "added" programmes to watch later , but I can`t sign in to get to this.
When I try,  the sign in page just flickers   and comes  back again... and again.

I have contacted bbc help, but 7 days on not had any help from them.
There`s very little about explaining how to use the app  I can find.

Does this help

https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/help/downloads/mobile-tablet/Mobiles_Queue_downloads

Have you checked that you can download on your device and that you are doing it through the WiFi not mobile network?

Yes, it downloads OK on wifi , and now I`ve found that the programme doesn`t get removed  until the due date or when I delete it,  I just can`t sign in for the "My Programmes " and to add programmes, but I really don't think that`s too important now.

I just wanted to have something to watch while travelling.  This will show the programmes without wifi or internet connection.
Thanks for the link.
