I think you'll find that the child's given name is written next to the surname and any other given names were donated by sponsors/godparents - thus it's important to make a note of the latter as they may be relations.  If you're lucky the ancestors that you know of may have followed a naming pattern for their children born in the UK which will give a clue to their grandparents names.  (e.g. 1st son named after his fathe's father and 2nd girl named after her father's mother)

familysearch lists a couple of films for Oberstetten in Wurttemberg - one being for the Catholic Church and one being for the Ev. Lutheran church, which both cover the baptism date and can be viewed at any local Church of Latter Day Saints.

However, I see from Wikipedia that there are three places named Oberstetten:
one in Wuttemberg, Neiderachsen
one in Bavaria
one in Switzerland.

All listed here:-

Obertetten (Erlenmoos), part of the municipality of Erlenmoos, Landkreis Biberach, Baden-Württemberg
Oberstetten (Feldkirchen-Westerham), part of the municipality of Feldkirchen-Westerham, district of Rosenheim, Bavaria
Oberstetten (Hohenstein), part of the municipality of Hohenstein, Landkreis Reutlingen, Baden-Württemberg
Oberstetten (Hunderdorf), part of the municipality Hunderdorf, district of Straubing-Bogen, Bavaria
Oberstetten, district of the municipality of Niederstetten, Main-Tauber-Kreis, Baden-Württemberg
Oberstetten (Teisendorf), part of the Markt Teisendorf, district of Berchtesgadener Land, Bavaria

Oberstetten SG, district of the municipality of Uzwil in the canton of St. Gallen, Switzerland

Good luck.
