I wondered why they weren't buried in the same grave.

That part of the area in Billing Road is now completely cleared of headstones.

In fact there are only 400+ graves left in the whole of what was a huge cemetery.

What a shame it's the same on our Liverpool side the cemetery is completely gone now

Could they have been public graves?  My great grandparents died 3 months apart and are in public graves.
