Identifying Military uniforms & date

Trying to identify the time period and uniforms in this photo.  Any help is appreciated, thank you

Good evening,

Not sure this is military given there are men and women in the same uniforms. This could be a marching band, in the USA as they are holding stars and stripes.

I think early 1900s sometime.

Certainly Americans and not military.

In order to attempt an accurate date we would need to see all of the picture & the back.
I'm not convinced it isn't military as I wouldn't expect to see civilian bandsmen carrying swords.
The cap badges of the women look very similar to this one.
So possibly Officers Medical Corps.

Good afternoon,

I would agree with the womens cap badge Jim but the mens cap badge doesn't look American. However they all look far to scruffy to be military. In particular the hair and the womens hats perched very untidily on top.
