Hi. Im new to the site and new at doing my family tree. Just wondering if anyone has any information on my tree. Ive gone back as far as nathaniel canning bohannon who was born in pleshey essex in 1754 and died in 1841 and was married to ann ruffle. The tree ends with them for me. Any information would be great.

Hi - you have done well to get that far back if you are new to it.

I would take advantage of the fact that the Essex Wills Beneficiaries Index on Findmypast appears to part of the free access this weekend. This suggests that your Nathaniel is a nephew of an "N Lambert" in Pleshey http://search.findmypast.co.uk/record?id=gbor%2fessex-wills%2fewbi_1%2f093&parentid=gbor%2fessex-wills%2f107107&highlights=%22%22

This looks like  Nathaniel Lambert of Pleshey, blacksmith, whose will is held by Essex Record Office: http://seax.essexcc.gov.uk/result_details.aspx?ThisRecordsOffSet=1&id=964799.

Viewing the will might take you back another generation.
All the best
Rob

Hi
Seax has a marriage allegation John Bohannan and Priscilla Johnson in 1731 could be his parents.
